PAYMENTS POLICY

Payments can be made through Paypal. Alternatively, I also accept bank wire transfers. When making wire transfers, please contact me for wire information, and also please add $15.00 USD to each wire payment.
If you live in the Vancouver B.C. area, I also accept cash payments.
I'm sorry, but I am unable to accept cheques (checks) at this time.

Shipping Policy

Giclee canvases and aluminum prints can be shipped via postal service, UPS, or FEDEX.
Please contact me prior to ordering any product to determine what the shipping costs will be- including insurance.
In the case of giclee canvas prints, if you have a local framer that can stretch the canvas for you, I am happy to ship it un-stretched for a reduced price.
Customers living in the Lower Mainland area of B.C. can contact me for local delivery options.
Please be certain that sufficient insurance has been purchased for the ordered item. Should an item be received in a damaged condition, and the proper insurance has been purchased, it will be replaced. Shipping costs are not included in this replacement.

Giclee canvases and aluminum prints are printed on demand as ordered, and the printing of your product and processing of your order will begin once payment has been received.
Any customs/import duties or fees,sales taxes, or VAT's are strictly the responsibility of the receiver.

Refunds and Exchanges

As all photo giclee canvases are made to order, I am unfortunately unable to accept any returns or offer any exchanges on photographic products once the manufacturing process has begun. At this point, all sales are final, and there are no refunds.

If you wish to cancel an order PRIOR to the manufacture of the product, please contact me as soon as possible and I will be happy to cancel the order if I am able to.
